A 50% deposit is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied toward the total service cost. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the job and must be paid in full before the vehicle or vessel is released. We accept cash, major credit cards, and approved digital payment methods.

We understand plans can change. Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the scheduled service amount. Same-day cancellations, missed appointments, or appointments where access is unavailable may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Polish Pros Auto & Marine takes every reasonable precaution to protect your property while performing our services. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage, including but not limited to scratches, oxidation, faded or failed clear coat, gelcoat deterioration, corrosion, water intrusion, stress cracks, loose or deteriorated decals, emblems, trim, mold staining, oxidation staining, or defects resulting from age, improper maintenance, previous repairs, manufacturer defects, or normal wear and tear.

Customers are responsible for informing us of any aftermarket ceramic coatings, paint protection film (PPF), vinyl wraps, custom paint, delicate finishes, or other specialty surface treatments before service begins.

We are also not liable for damage or loss caused by acts of nature, theft, vandalism, fire, flooding, or any event beyond our reasonable control while your vehicle or vessel is in our care.

Paint correction, gelcoat correction, oxidation removal, stain removal, polishing, compounding, wet sanding, and restoration are skilled processes intended to significantly improve the appearance and condition of your vehicle or vessel. Every surface responds differently based on its age, maintenance history, environmental exposure, previous repairs, and overall condition.

While Polish Pros Auto & Marine strives to achieve the highest level of correction reasonably possible, we do not guarantee the complete removal of oxidation, water spots, stains, scratches, etching, fading, swirl marks, pitting, or other imperfections. Some defects may be permanent or may require additional restoration beyond the original estimate.

Our recommendations are based on performing the level of restoration necessary to achieve professional, long-lasting results. If a customer requests a reduced level of service, declines recommended restoration procedures, or elects to skip correction steps to reduce cost, Polish Pros Auto & Marine cannot guarantee the appearance, durability, or longevity of the finished result.

Remaining oxidation, deteriorated gelcoat, staining, or compromised surfaces that are not fully corrected may continue to deteriorate or become visible over time. This is a characteristic of the existing surface condition and shall not be considered a workmanship issue.

No warranty, expressed or implied, is provided for defects that remain after a customer declines recommended restoration procedures or selects a reduced level of service.

Marine canvas, upholstery, Isinglass, clear vinyl, zippers, snaps, fasteners, stitching, thread, and related hardware naturally deteriorate over time due to age, UV exposure, saltwater, weather, and normal use.

Although our technicians exercise the utmost care when handling these components, aged or weakened materials may fail during normal opening, closing, removal, reinstallation, or cleaning.

Polish Pros Auto & Marine is not responsible for the failure of worn, brittle, corroded, deteriorated, faded, dry-rotted, or previously damaged canvas, Isinglass, upholstery, zippers, snaps, stitching, thread, fasteners, or hardware before, during, or after the detailing process.

If our technicians determine that a canvas enclosure or related component appears excessively worn or likely to fail, we reserve the right to decline removing or reinstalling it to prevent additional damage.

Ceramic coatings provide exceptional long-term protection but are not maintenance-free.

The lifespan and performance of any coating depend on proper washing techniques, environmental exposure, storage conditions, maintenance practices, and ongoing care.

Ceramic coatings help protect against UV damage, oxidation, contaminants, and environmental fallout but do not prevent scratches, swirl marks, rock chips, dock rash, impact damage, chemical damage, water spotting, or normal wear and tear.

Failure to follow our recommended maintenance procedures may reduce the performance or expected lifespan of the coating.

Polish Pros Auto & Marine routinely photographs and videos vehicles and vessels before, during, and after service to document their condition, verify completed work, assist with quality control, and protect both the customer and our company in the event of a dispute.

Unless the customer requests otherwise in writing before the scheduled service, Polish Pros Auto & Marine may also use photographs or videos of the vehicle or vessel for marketing, advertising, educational materials, our website, social media, printed materials, and other promotional purposes.

Whenever reasonably possible, we will avoid displaying personal information such as license plates, vessel registration numbers, documentation numbers, addresses, or other identifying information.

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our workmanship, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion.

We will inspect the concern and make every reasonable effort to address any issues directly related to the services we performed.

As a mobile detailing company, we use environmentally responsible, marine-safe, and pH-balanced products whenever practical.

Extreme heat, rain, lightning, high winds, unsafe dock conditions, or other weather-related circumstances may require us to postpone or reschedule your appointment to ensure the safety of your property, our technicians, and the proper performance of our products.

Please ensure we have safe access to the vehicle or vessel, adequate workspace, and a nearby water and electrical source when required.

Boats should be safely secured and accessible before our arrival. If access is restricted, unsafe, unavailable, or significantly delays the scheduled service, we reserve the right to reschedule the appointment, and applicable cancellation charges may apply.

By approving an estimate, paying a deposit, scheduling service, electronically signing a work authorization, or allowing Polish Pros Auto & Marine to perform services, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
